The Personnel Committee was created to review and revise job descriptions for all parish employees and to create and implement an annual performance review process. The committee has reviewed current job descriptions and contracts, developed a job description worksheet, drafted a new job description for the position of music director/organist as well as a Vestry survey of requirements for this position. Work is underway to develop the annual review process.
