St. Francis is known for its hospitality. Many who first come to a service or attend an event speak of the warm welcome received and the genuine interest shown for everyone who comes through its doors. Hospitality is the mission of the St. Francis Welcoming Committee. The activities of this group are often the first encounter people have with St. Francis, but their role is just as important in the life of parish members. The coffee hours, receptions, special events, church year celebrations, parties and picnics are part of the fabric of the congregation.
